Adiwana Bisma

Excellent staff and service! Wahyu, Laura and their manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. They were warm and sweet, and always ahead of our own expectations or needs during our stay at Adiwama Bisma. We stayed for four nights at the hotel as part of our honeymoon in Bali and when they found out they prepared a cake, laid out a special and delicate petals decoration and left a rose on our room, among other sweet gestures (note that we are two women and we never know 100% how LGBTQI+ friendly hotels are going to be in another country, and Adiwama Bisma staff were the most friendly we've seen up until now) . The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the shower is a treat with lots of space, great water pressure and toiletries. The views to the rice fields are beautiful and it feels private, no people passing by, it's quiet. The swimming pool with views to the jungle forest are amazing, rain or no rain, it's a gorgeous view of Ubud's nature. Location is very convenient, it's a short 10min walk to the Monkey Forest and similar distance to the palace/central area, Grab app (Uber like in Indonesia) works really well if you prefer a short drive. It's located in a parallel street to the main Ubud ones, so it's not as busy but still has restaurants, mini markets and shops within walking distance. Breakfast is served at Pistachio restaurant in the hotel, and it is truly great, so many filling options to choose from, great quality as well and their staff are super nice, Johny to start with, but actually everyone who helped us and always smiled at us. My wife had Bali belly and Wahyu at reception arranged with the restaurant staff to provide ginger and lemon tea at night and in the mornings to help her heal (thank you!). We also ordered room service from the restaurant and it was perfect. Just a big thank you to the Adiwana family for making us feel at home, we did not want to leave Ubud after our experience...

The hotel is at a perfect location. Most of the attractions you may find in Ubud are within walking reach. It is far from the street, hence a perfect oasis. the hotel was just opened pre Covid, so being very new, clean, stylish, comfortable. the pool is just amazing, you can not get enough from the views up there. the staff is just beyond nice. they welcome you in the hotel like family. all is explained, you remain without questions. even the room is showed around which I found really useful actually. they would really take care of everything you wish for yourself. there was nothing they have not arranged for us we have liked for. the breakfast is available during the whole opening time of the main restaurant, which is a great add on so that you may relax and go to eat whenever you feel like, not when the breakfast is scheduled for you.

From the moment we were greeted on arrival and shown round by the lovely Mila, we knew we were going to love this place. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to all Ubud's main sights, galleries, markets and shops without being in the traffic of the main roads. This is especially useful in peak season when Ubud gets very crowded. We loved the pool with the glorious unspoilt views over the valley and beautiful vegetation, lovely bar up there too. The rice paddy view rooms were spacious, good wifi, lovely bathroom and comfortably accommodated 2 adults and a teenage child on a rollaway bed. The breakfast choice was fantastic and cooked to order. We would definitely come again. Every single member of staff we came across was really helpful and excellent.

Poolside and location are good. Pretty quiet location and short walk distance to main street and restaurants. Construction is still going and we get to change the room because the noise.

Loved the location in a quiet street yet easy walk to main road and all the action. Jungle room was tranquil. Roof top pool and surrounding view is fantastic.
